This delicious-looking partridge in a pear tree Christmas cookie project is made by Megan Reardon. She made it by following a structural gingerbread recipe and royal icing. Megan is not a photographer, but a blogger. She blogs mostly about arts and crafts. She gets her ideas from magazines or other people, or anything that interests her. She uses her blog as a way to remember things, to meet different people and to exchange information.
Reardon doesn’t have a background in photography and she doesn’t have a very good camera. She just takes dozens of pictures and sort through them for the best then she uses Photoshop to crop and sharpen. Nevertheless, Reardon takes beautiful pictures to accompany her how-to articles.
