The Comfort Food series is a collaboration between prop stylist Jessica Dance and food photographer David Sykes. Dance used a knitting machine to produce everything from chicken and eggs to a full English breakfast. Sykes then worked to set the knitted food under perfect lighting and photographed it. From a distance, it would seem that the shots are delicious meals. However, when you look closer, you will discover the rows, loops, and texture of the knitted objects.
